We pride ourselves in the inventory we keep but would hate to disappoint you and not be able to fulfill your order when you expect to collect it. If you need to collect your order immediately or within 1 hour, please confirm availability of stock before placing your order. Should one or more of your items not be in stock, we would need to order it in from our suppliers which could take an extra 1-2 days to arrive at our warehouse.

Online Returns

Simple 14 Day Exchange or Refund Policy

We will happily refund or exchange goods if you return them within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure the goods are in the same new condition, unused and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for any shipping costs involved and any other costs that may be incurred by Lite-Glo.

What can I do if the goods are defective or damaged?

If your goods are defective or damaged, please ensure to report this to Lite-Glo within a 24 Hour period of receiving your order. You can return these items to our Randburg branch either in person or via a courier service which will need to be arranged.

How will I be refunded?

Once we have accepted your return and approved a refund, you will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid Lite-Glo. This will either be by Credit Card, EFT or the Contractor Account used for the purchase will be credited.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on any Cable sold per meter (off-cuts), Light Bulbs and Legrand Netamo Products that haven't been installed by an accredited Legrand installer.

SONOFF TH20 ORIGIN TEMP AND HUMIDITY SMART SWITCH

Sonoff TH Origin (the upgrade version of Sonoff TH16) is a smart temperature and humidity monitoring switch. In addition TH Origin continuously monitors the temperature and humidity in real time. When they reach your preset threshold or when the device’s on/off state changes, it sends a push notification to your phone.

In addition it supports 20A max loads, compatible with more home appliances. However the TH Origin supports checking of 6-Month Temp & Humi historical data, accurate to the hour. However in the smart scene, temperature, humidity, on, off support setting as the trigger, on, off, invert as execute actions.
Furthermore support adding Sonoff devices to Home Assistant for control and automation through eWeLink add-on.

Sonoff TH Origin supports three kinds of temperature monitor and humidity monitor sensors such as —THS01 Temp & Humi Sensor, DS18B20 waterproof Temp sensor, and MS01 Soil Moisture Sensor. The sensor connector is upgraded to RJ9, supporting hot-plugging making the connection more stable and reliable. So TH Origin has a wide application of scenes, like heated swimming pool, irrigation system, fermentation room, reptile terrarium, greenhouse grow, etc.

Smart Scenes – TH Origin can trigger other smart devices when the temperature and humidity reach the threshold or the device switches on or off. The device on, off and invert can also as execute action.
