How It Works

• Place Your Order Online – Shop as you normally would.
• Choose Your Collection Point – Select either: Collect – Randburg / Collect – Strijdom Park.
• Wait for Confirmation – We’ll notify you once your order is complete (usually within 60 minutes).
• Collect Your Order – Bring your order confirmation email when you come in.

What You Need to Know

• Only collect once you’ve received your “Order Complete” notification.
• Bring your order confirmation email for verification on arrival.
• Collections are quick, easy, and hassle free.

Important Note

We pride ourselves on keeping well-stocked warehouses, however, if you require immediate collection or need your order within 1 hour, please confirm stock availability before placing your order. If any item in your order is not currently in stock, we will gladly order it from our suppliers. This typically takes an additional 1–2 days to arrive at our warehouse. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
