We are committed to operate our Business in Terms of the Consumer Protection Act and all Policies are subject to the applicable law.

14 Day Exchange or Refund Policy

We will happily refund or exchange goods if you return them within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure the goods are in the same new condition, unused and in the original packaging.  You will be repsonsible for any shipping costs invloved. We do not accept Returns on Light Bulbs.

What can I do if the goods are defective or damaged?

If your goods are defective or damaged please ensure to report this to Lite-Glo within a 24 Hour period. We will take the product back and send it to relevant supplier’s to approve credit. Once the credit is approved by the supplier we will in turn pass you a credit. Each supplier has various Return Policies. Item maybe be subject to a 20% handling fee.

How will I be refunded?

Once we have accepted a return and approved a refund, you will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid Lite-Glo.

It will be either by:

– Credit Card (reversal back to your Credit Card)

– EFT (directly into your account – allow at least 48 hours)
