14 days exchange or refund policy
We will refund or exchange goods if you return them within 14 days of purchase. However, the goods must still be in their original condition and packaging.
What can I do if the goods are defective?
If your goods are defective we will take the product back and send to relevant supplier’s to approve credit. Once the credit is approved by the supplier we will in turn pass you a credit. Each supplier has various return policies, an item maybe be subject to a 20% handling fee.
How will I be refunded?
Once we have accepted a return and approved a refund, you will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid Lite-Glo Electrical Wholesalers.
It will be either by:
– Credit Card (reversal back to your credit card and subject to banking delays)
– EFT (directly into your account – allow at least 48 hours)
