Lite-Glo Electrical Wholesalers are confident that you will be satisfied with every purchase you make. Should you experience any problems or ordered the incorrect products, we have a simple and hassle free Returns Policy. Refunds will only be processed in accordance with this Refund and Returns Policy. We are committed to operate our Business in Terms of the Consumer Protection Act and all Policies are subject to the applicable law.
14 Day Exchange or Refund Policy
- We will happily refund or exchange goods if you return them within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure the goods are in the same new condition, unused and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for any shipping costs involved and any other costs that may be incurred by Lite-Glo.
What can I do if the goods are defective or damaged?
- If your goods are defective or damaged, please ensure to report this to Lite-Glo within a 24 Hour period of receiving your order. You can return these items to our Randburg branch either in person or via a courier service which will need to be arranged.
- In the event that a Third Party Courier company is used for national deliveries, an insurance claim will need to be lodged and processed. A full refund will be given upon the claim being approved.
How will I be refunded?
Once we have accepted your return and approved a refund, you will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid Lite-Glo. This will either be by Credit Card, EFT or the Contractor Account used for the purchase will be credited.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on any Cable sold per metre (off-cuts), Light Bulbs and Legrand Netamo Products that haven’t been installed by an accredited Legrand installer.
