PRODUCT FEATURES
The USB charging module has been tested and approved to IEC60950 in order to guarantee a quality product which is able to safely charge most USB devices rated at 2.1A, 5V or below. The module incorporates technology which prevents the overcharging of devices which may cause damage to the battery. Due to the modular design of Veti and the size of the USB charging module it is possible to get up to 3 USB charging socket outlets in a 100mm x 50mm wall box or 6 in a standard 100mm x 100mm wall box.

We pride ourselves in the inventory we keep but would hate to disappoint you and not be able to fulfill your order when you expect to collect it. If you need to collect your order immediately or within 1 hour, please confirm availability of stock before placing your order. Should one or more of your items not be in stock, we would need to order it in from our suppliers which could take an extra 1-2 days to arrive at our warehouse.
Returns & Refunds
We operate in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and ECTA — nothing here limits your statutory rights.
30-Day Exchange or Refund (change of mind) Return goods for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they’re unused, in original packaging and resalable, with valid proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns may be subject to a 20% handling fee, and you cover return shipping.
Faulty goods (6-month warranty — CPA s56) If goods are defective, unsafe or not fit for their usual purpose within 6 months, you may return them for a repair, replacement or refund — your choice — at our expense.
Damaged in transit? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery (with photos) and we’ll sort a replacement, refund or courier claim.
7-Day Cooling-Off Cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery for any reason; your only cost is return shipping.
Excluded from change-of-mind returns (defective items are always covered by the 6-month warranty): Cut-to-length cable & sprague tubing · used or installed goods (wired in, fitted or energised), including used light bulbs & consumables · special orders.
