We pride ourselves in the inventory we keep but would hate to disappoint you and not be able to fulfill your order when you expect to collect it. If you need to collect your order immediately or within 1 hour, please confirm availability of stock before placing your order. Should one or more of your items not be in stock, we would need to order it in from our suppliers which could take an extra 1-2 days to arrive at our warehouse.

Simple 14 Day Exchange or Refund Policy

We will happily refund or exchange goods if you return them within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure the goods are in the same new condition, unused and in the original packaging.  You will be responsible for any shipping costs involved and any other costs that may be incurred by Lite-Glo.

What can I do if the goods are defective or damaged?

If your goods are defective or damaged, please ensure to report this to Lite-Glo within a 24 Hour period of receiving your order. You can return these items to our Randburg branch either in person or via a courier service which will need to be arranged.

How will I be refunded?

Once we have accepted your return and approved a refund, you will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid Lite-Glo. This will either be by Credit Card, EFT or the Contractor Account used for the purchase will be credited.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on any Cable sold per meter (off-cuts), Light Bulbs and Legrand Netamo Products that haven't been installed by an accredited Legrand installer.

PRODUCT FEATURES

The Synerji LED DOB Floodlight comprises of 3835 SMD chips, an aluminium die-cast body with tempered glass & stainless-steel screws. An adjustable metal bracket makes installation easy. The wide beam angle of 120° provides a wide illumination range, and together with an IP6 ingress protection rating, IK07 impact protection rating and 35000 hours of lamp life, the fitting offers a high value solution for general lighting in outside domestic areas, such as gardens and driveways. Mounting bracket is hot galvanised and then black powder coated, for protection against corrosion in coastal regions.
