Product Features

  • The Sunsynk 50kW three phase high voltage hybrid Inverter is the ideal commercial inverter for managing power flow from multiple sources such as solar, main electrical grid and generator.
  • Four MPPT trackers giving allowance to flexible PV array configurations.
  • Allows DC oversizing up to 30% more than the rated AC power.
  • Unit can be operated without batteries (using PV and grid power).
  • Supports Wi-Fi remote monitoring as standard.
  • Type II DC/AC SPD as standard.
  • Overload, Over Temperature and Short Circuit Protection as standard.
  • Up to 5 x 50kW inverters can be connected in a parallel configuration, with each inverter having its own batteries connected to it.

PLEASE NOTE: 

For systems containing high voltage batteries or inverters requiring a high voltage DC battery supply greater than 48V, the following is required and should be supplied:

  • Installer must be a 3-Phase Electrician registered with Department of Labour (red seal).
  • Installer must have product specific training prior to installation.
  • Specific manufacturers may require training prior to installation for warranty conditions.
  • All installer companies must adhere to the above, non-compliance will lead to product warranty invalidation

Should one or more of your items not be in stock, we would need to order it in from our suppliers which could take an extra 1-2 days to arrive at our warehouse.

Returns & Refunds

We operate in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and ECTA — nothing here limits your statutory rights.

30-Day Exchange or Refund (change of mind) Return goods for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they’re unused, in original packaging and resalable, with valid proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns may be subject to a 20% handling fee, and you cover return shipping.

Faulty goods (6-month warranty — CPA s56) If goods are defective, unsafe or not fit for their usual purpose within 6 months, you may return them for a repair, replacement or refund — your choice — at our expense.

Damaged in transit? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery (with photos) and we’ll sort a replacement, refund or courier claim.

7-Day Cooling-Off Cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery for any reason; your only cost is return shipping.

Excluded from change-of-mind returns (defective items are always covered by the 6-month warranty): Cut-to-length cable & sprague tubing · used or installed goods (wired in, fitted or energised), including used light bulbs & consumables · special orders.
