The Sunsynk 5.3kWh W-Series Lithium Battery is engineered for durability and performance in demanding environments. With an IP65-rated enclosure, it offers superior dust and water resistance, making it suitable for both indoor and semi-outdoor installations. Delivering 5.32kWh of capacity and 4.79kWh of usable energy, it provides reliable backup power and efficient solar storage with more than 6000 cycles at 90% depth of discharge.

Scalable up to 32 units for systems as large as 170kWh, the W-Series battery is ideal for both residential and commercial applications. Advanced communication via CAN, RS485, and RS232, along with Wi-Fi capability, ensures smooth integration with inverters and monitoring systems. Compact, safe, and built with long-life LiFePO4 cells, the Sunsynk W5.3 delivers dependable energy independence with robust protection against over-charge, over-discharge, and extreme temperatures.

*Sunsynk W-series batteries are not compatible with the L-series and G-series batteries.

Returns & Refunds

We operate in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and ECTA — nothing here limits your statutory rights.

30-Day Exchange or Refund (change of mind) Return goods for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they’re unused, in original packaging and resalable, with valid proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns may be subject to a 20% handling fee, and you cover return shipping.

Faulty goods (6-month warranty — CPA s56) If goods are defective, unsafe or not fit for their usual purpose within 6 months, you may return them for a repair, replacement or refund — your choice — at our expense.

Damaged in transit? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery (with photos) and we’ll sort a replacement, refund or courier claim.

7-Day Cooling-Off Cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery for any reason; your only cost is return shipping.
