Certified gas detection sensor, highly sensitive to Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) or Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG). Its ability to detect even the slightest gas leak means preventing threats and dangers for you or your family.

Dependent on stock availability, Local (JHB) Delivery times are 1-2 working days, National Delivery times are 3-7 working days.

Skip the Queues! Place your order as you normally would and simply select the “Collect” option on the Checkout page. Lite-Glo will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

We pride ourselves in the inventory we keep but would hate to disappoint you and not be able to fulfill your order when you expect to collect it. If you need to collect your order immediately or within 1 hour, please confirm availability of stock before placing your order. Should one or more of your items not be in stock, we would need to order it in from our suppliers which could take an extra 1-2 days to arrive at our warehouse.

Simple 14 Day Exchange or Refund Policy

We will happily refund or exchange goods if you return them within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure the goods are in the same new condition, unused and in the original packaging.  You will be responsible for any shipping costs involved and any other costs that may be incurred by Lite-Glo.

What can I do if the goods are defective or damaged?

If your goods are defective or damaged, please ensure to report this to Lite-Glo within a 24 Hour period of receiving your order. You can return these items to our Randburg branch either in person or via a courier service which will need to be arranged.

How will I be refunded?

Once we have accepted your return and approved a refund, you will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid Lite-Glo. This will either be by Credit Card, EFT or the Contractor Account used for the purchase will be credited.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on any Cable sold per meter (off-cuts), Light Bulbs and Legrand Netamo Products that haven’t been installed by an accredited Legrand installer.
