We pride ourselves in the inventory we keep but would hate to disappoint you and not be able to fulfill your order when you expect to collect it. If you need to collect your order immediately or within 1 hour, please confirm availability of stock before placing your order. Should one or more of your items not be in stock, we would need to order it in from our suppliers which could take an extra 1-2 days to arrive at our warehouse.

Simple 14 Day Exchange or Refund Policy

We will happily refund or exchange goods if you return them within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure the goods are in the same new condition, unused and in the original packaging.  You will be responsible for any shipping costs involved and any other costs that may be incurred by Lite-Glo.

What can I do if the goods are defective or damaged?

If your goods are defective or damaged, please ensure to report this to Lite-Glo within a 24 Hour period of receiving your order. You can return these items to our Randburg branch either in person or via a courier service which will need to be arranged.

How will I be refunded?

Once we have accepted your return and approved a refund, you will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid Lite-Glo. This will either be by Credit Card, EFT or the Contractor Account used for the purchase will be credited.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on any Cable sold per meter (off-cuts), Light Bulbs and Legrand Netamo Products that haven't been installed by an accredited Legrand installer.

PRODUCT FEATURES

  • TeSys GV extended rotary handle, for motor circuit breakers GV2LE, GV2RT mounted inside an enclosure and to be operated externally.
  • For main switch usage, it provides a black handle on grey front plate with indication of 2 positions OFF, ON.
  • To be mounted on the door of the enclosure, the handle mechanism ensures an IP54 protection to the mounting.
  • It also includes a mounting adaptor to be screwed on the face of the circuit breaker, and an extension shaft to be be adjusted in length (distance between the door and the back of the circuit breaker must be in range 141-290mm).
  • Padlockable in OFF or ON position with up to 3 padlocks (to be ordered separately).
  • Locking in ON position does not prevent the circuit breaker from tripping (unlocking is required for fault reset).
  • Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).
