We pride ourselves in the inventory we keep but would hate to disappoint you and not be able to fulfill your order when you expect to collect it. Should one or more of your items not be in stock, we would need to order it in from our suppliers which could take an extra 1-2 days to arrive at our warehouse.

30-Day Exchange or Refund (change of mind) Return goods for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they’re unused, in original packaging and resalable, with valid proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns may be subject to a 20% handling fee, and you cover return shipping.
Faulty goods (6-month warranty — CPA s56) If goods are defective, unsafe or not fit for their usual purpose within 6 months, you may return them for a repair, replacement or refund — your choice — at our expense.
Damaged in transit? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery (with photos) and we’ll sort a replacement, refund or courier claim.
7-Day Cooling-Off Cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery for any reason; your only cost is return shipping.

Great product. Bit tricky to set up. Best thing was the outdoor unit got damaged by a bad hail storm in Randburg and LiteGlo kindly agreed to request a replacement and pushed till it came from supplier.

Brilliant product – you’d almost think it was made by Apple, because its made of premium materials and “just works”. Super simple to set up and use. The world-wide map of weather stations for real time weather anywhere on the globe is amazing. Not cheap (that’s an understatement) but ultimately I guess you get what you pay for, and I think, given the premium nature of the product and easy of use … that it’s (just) worth it.
