- The Hubble Cloudlink is an optional add-on to the Hubble X and AM range of products. As long as the device is connected to Wi-Fi it will store all battery and inverter data to our cloud-server enabling users to remotely monitor their power system. Optimized for on-the-move monitoring, our user-friendly app allows you to track and record real-time and historical data for mission-critical features such as state of charge, inverter load, and PV power.

This product carries a manufacturer’s guarantee. If it is defective or fails to perform within the guarantee period, you may choose a repair, replacement or refund, in line with our Returns Policy and section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Dependent on stock availability, Local (JHB) Delivery times are 1-2 working days, National Delivery times are 3-7 working days.

We pride ourselves in the inventory we keep but would hate to disappoint you and not be able to fulfill your order when you expect to collect it. If you need to collect your order immediately or within 1 hour, please confirm availability of stock before placing your order. Should one or more of your items not be in stock, we would need to order it in from our suppliers which could take an extra 1-2 days to arrive at our warehouse.
Returns & Refunds
We operate in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and ECTA — nothing here limits your statutory rights.
30-Day Exchange or Refund (change of mind) Return goods for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they’re unused, in original packaging and resalable, with valid proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns may be subject to a 20% handling fee, and you cover return shipping.
Faulty goods (6-month warranty — CPA s56) If goods are defective, unsafe or not fit for their usual purpose within 6 months, you may return them for a repair, replacement or refund — your choice — at our expense.
Damaged in transit? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery (with photos) and we’ll sort a replacement, refund or courier claim.
7-Day Cooling-Off Cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery for any reason; your only cost is return shipping.
Excluded from change-of-mind returns (defective items are always covered by the 6-month warranty): Cut-to-length cable & sprague tubing · used or installed goods (wired in, fitted or energised), including used light bulbs & consumables · special orders.
