Offline Functionality & Local Processing: The device ensures full local operation even without an internet connection. Features like facial recognition are processed locally, enhancing privacy and allowing automations to run without relying on the cloud.
Dual Power Options: The doorbell can be powered by the included six AA batteries for wire-free installation (up to 5 months of battery life) or hardwired to existing 12V-24V AC/DC doorbell wiring for continuous 24/7 recording.
Integrated Smart Home Hub: The included indoor chime unit doubles as a powerful hub, featuring Zigbee 3.0, a Thread Border Router, and a Matter controller to connect and manage other Aqara and third-party smart home devices.
Flexible Storage: It supports local storage via a microSD card (up to 512GB, not included) inserted into the chime/hub unit, NAS compatibility, and optional end-to-end encrypted cloud storage plans.

We pride ourselves in the inventory we keep but would hate to disappoint you and not be able to fulfill your order when you expect to collect it. If you need to collect your order immediately or within 1 hour, please confirm availability of stock before placing your order. Should one or more of your items not be in stock, we would need to order it in from our suppliers which could take an extra 1-2 days to arrive at our warehouse.
Simple 14 Day Exchange or Refund Policy
We will happily refund or exchange goods if you return them within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure the goods are in the same new condition, unused and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for any shipping costs involved and any other costs that may be incurred by Lite-Glo.
What can I do if the goods are defective or damaged?
If your goods are defective or damaged, please ensure to report this to Lite-Glo within a 24 Hour period of receiving your order. You can return these items to our Randburg branch either in person or via a courier service which will need to be arranged.
How will I be refunded?
Once we have accepted your return and approved a refund, you will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid Lite-Glo. This will either be by Credit Card, EFT or the Contractor Account used for the purchase will be credited.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on any Cable sold per meter (off-cuts), Light Bulbs and Legrand Netamo Products that haven’t been installed by an accredited Legrand installer.
