You can place an order without registering. However, creating an account unlocks exclusive features such as:

Online-Only Discounts

Most products on our website are offered at special discounted prices. Please note these prices apply strictly to online purchases and are not available in-store.


Are You a Store Owner, Electrician, or Contractor?

If you’re a business customer, you can register for additional discounts and features, including:

  • Additional discounts for approved business customers
  • Shopping Lists
  • Multi-Accounts
  • Bulk Ordering Form
  • Additional Accounting resources such as statements, invoices etc

Stock & Availability

We do not display live stock quantities on all items. In most cases, stock is available from our warehouse or our suppliers.

  • Supplier stock can usually be delivered to our warehouse within 1–2 working days.
  • If stock is unavailable, we’ll notify you immediately with options including a lead time, backorder, or a full refund.

Delivery Times

We offer direct-to-door and on-site delivery across South Africa. Standard delivery timeframes:

  • Johannesburg: 1–2 working days
  • Durban and surrounding areas: 2–3 working days
  • Cape Town, East London and other cities: 3–5 working days

Add 1–2 extra days if we’re waiting for stock from a supplier. We will notify you of any delays.


Delivery Fees

  • Flat delivery rate: R99
  • Free delivery on orders over R1000

Additional handling fees (per order, not per item):

  • Solar Panels: JHB – R99, National – R5000
  • Conduit, Trunking, Cable Trays over 2m: JHB – R99, National – R500

National Coverage

We deliver to all areas across South Africa. If you are purchasing from outside the country, we can pack your order for collection arranged with your own courier.


Order Processing Times

Online orders can be placed 24/7. Orders are processed and dispatched:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
