This product has a Manufacturers Guarantee. Should this product be defective or fail to perform within the Guarantee period, you may return it.
We pride ourselves in the inventory we keep but would hate to disappoint you and not be able to fulfill your order when you expect it. If you need to collect your order immediately or within a 24 Hour period, please confirm availability of stock before placing your order.
Not all our products are kept at our warehouse. Products may need to be ordered from our suppliers. Lite-Glo will notify you should there be any waiting period or your product being unavailable. We will offer you an immediate refund should the waiting period not meet your time frame requirements or any products not being available to fulfill your order.
Lite-Glo offer a Reliable Nationwide delivery service at a flat fee of R49.
Due to the national lockdown and all sectors working with less staff our processing and delivery times have increased. Local delivery times are 2-5 working days, national delivery times are 5-7 working days.
Lite-Glo deliver on Monday – Friday from 10:00am – 3:00pm and we do local deliveries on Saturdays from 8:00am – 1pm.
14 Day Exchange or Refund Policy
We will happily refund or exchange goods if you return them within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure the goods are in the same new condition, unused and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for any shipping costs involved and any other costs that may be incurred by Lite-Glo.
What can I do if the goods are defective or damaged?
If your goods are defective or damaged, please ensure to report this to Lite-Glo within a 24 Hour period of receiving your order. You can return these items to our Randburg branch either in person or via a courier service which will need to be arranged.
How will I be refunded?
Once we have accepted your return and approved a refund, you will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid Lite-Glo. This will either be by Credit Card, EFT or the Contractor Account used for the purchase will be credited.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on any Cable sold per metre (off-cuts), Light Bulbs and Legrand Netamo Products that haven’t been installed by an accredited Legrand installer.
